Sound familiar?

It looked like an English problem. Really, life itself was on hold.

What clients said most often before we started.

Career

“I was a manager in Korea. Here my experience counts for nothing.”

Same skills, but no way to explain them in English.

Meetings

“I have the point, then miss the moment.”

My best English happens on the way home from the meeting.

Ten years of study

“I understand everything. I just can't speak.”

The three blank seconds after a question never go away.

Money

“I never even raised a pay rise.”

Promotions missed by staying quiet. The silence tax nobody mentions.

Belonging

“All my friends are Korean.”

Living abroad, but local life hasn't started yet.

Before leaving

“I've said I want to live abroad for five years.”

The chance comes, but the English interview stops you.

The real cause

Your English level isn't the problem.

That's why ten years of study didn't change it. Four things are tied together, so they have to be untied together.

Mindset
What if I'm wrong? You read the room before you speak.
How you speak
Long answers with no point. Thinking in Korean, then translating.
Environment
Days with no reason to speak English. No practice, no progress.
Language
Your vocabulary and grammar are enough. What's missing is reps.
A stack of English textbooks tied with an orange ribbon

You can stop studying English. It's time to speak it.

My story

Sorry?

The English I used most in my first year in Australia.

I was the quiet foreigner too.

I came to Australia at twenty with primary-school English. Sorry, I didn't catch that. Sorry, can you say it again. Waiting tables at a sushi bar, I was scared to walk up to a customer.

What changed wasn't my vocabulary. It was the feeling that I'm allowed to speak. The Leap is the method that built that feeling, condensed into six months.

FAQ

What people ask before applying.

How many hours of class is it?

We don't sell hours. You've had ten years of class time. You get daily feedback, weekly real-world reps and rehearsals before big moments, and we check the change with Day 1, 90 and 180 recordings.

Is it 1:1 or group?

Both. Diagnosis, monthly coaching and rehearsals are 1:1. Leap Lab is small-group live coaching, on purpose: speaking in front of people is the training.

I'm too busy.

30 minutes a day and one or two live sessions a week. Pick one of three Leap Lab times, and practise on your commute.

Can I join from Korea?

Yes. There's a track for people about to leave: your introduction, work English and interview prep are done before you fly. Everything is online.

What level do I need?

B1 and above: you understand most conversations but get stuck speaking. If you need the basics first, we'll say so honestly on the call and point you to the right course.

How much does it cost?

We share pricing on the call after reading your application, and recommend The Leap or Leap Private for your situation. Pay in full or in parts.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the speaking goal. Do the work and miss the Day 90 goal, and you get free coaching until you reach it. Jobs, salaries and visas are decided by markets and employers, so we don't promise those.

Intake is limited
